A local business does not need a 12-page site. They need the phone number visible, the hours correct, and one clear button that actually works when someone is standing in the parking lot at night.

The 90-minute first pass

The stack that survives Tuesday night

Next.js App Router + Tailwind + a simple Supabase or Formspree form. Hosted on Vercel. One custom domain. That's it.

No giant theme. No 40 plugins.

The form posts, sends an email to the owner, and shows a confirmation that says 'We'll call you in the morning'.

That is the entire product for most shops.
