• The work is not materially altered or presented in a way that suggests official endorsement or sponsorship.

Client-owned trademarks, commissioned project deliverables, third-party assets, and open-source software components remain subject to their respective written contracts and license files. Where assistive or generative tools contributed to a studio workflow, this copyright notice protects the human-authored direction, selection, arrangement, typography, visual system, custom code, and editing to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A visible copyright notice, watermark, filename, or embedded EXIF/IPTC metadata is not required for ownership to exist. Removal or alteration of rights-management information is prohibited and does not grant permission to use the underlying work.
